Neutral Ground, LLC
In 2006 we recognized the need for a program focused on assisting separated and divorced parents in New Hampshire to work through their post-separation conflict and most important develop the ability to co-parent effectively. Hence, the birth
of Neutral Ground's "Co-Parenting Skills" workshop , based on a similar and very successful skills building and interactive workshop program developed in Southern California. In addition to the Co-parenting workshop and with conflict minimization
and resolution as a foundation, we have expanded our support to include (1) workshops and trainings for professionals who work with separating and divorcing parents: attorneys, mediators, guardians ad litem, collaborative professionals and mental health professionals
- even court personnel, and (2) businesses that are redesigning or developing the infrastructure of their organization. The goal is to help these professionals, employees, parents, et al understand and address conflict such that those who are impacted can be
spared the emotional upheaval that usually accompanies the conflict.
